I really like receiving pictures via text when the OTM caregiver is in my home. They’re always patient with my questions, too. Very pleased!
It’s great to have peace of mind while we are away that our kitty is taken care of. I especially love the photo updates.

We’ve appreciated the ease of scheduling, the support we’ve received and the quality of the visits. Our two OTM teammates who have done visits have been very thorough and we appreciate their notes and extra touches (i.e. coming back to double check a door lock or bringing in our garbage tote).
I love the frequent updates and pictures, it really takes a load off my mind that I know for sure my pups are getting the time and attention they need.
Laura is SO good with our dogs and we love not having to run home from work. When we wanted to move the visits to later in the day you and Laura agreed and that was a huge help.
I often need last minute visits and they are always very accommodating.
