When my schedule changed and lined up with my girlfriend’s and we were not able to walk our Rottie mid-day anymore, we knew we needed to find a solution. I’d hear great things about OTM and figured we’d give it a shot! From the onboarding procedure up till now (a year later) we have been thoroughly impressed!! We receive an email note after every visit, many times with a picture of our pooch. In all honesty, I never thought a dog walking company would be so professional and sophisticated! All of the billing information is online, you can add and remove walks with ease and they are incredibly responsive to calls. If you love your dog like we do and want the absolute best care for them, OTM is it. Oh and one other minor detail, they have better pricing than anywhere else I’ve checked!!
