They absolutely deserve a five-star review. Their portal is easy to use to schedule appointments; my cats were well taken care of (and I got pictures via email); the manager was super accommodating; and with multiple sitters available, I always got what I needed, when I needed it, even on short notice. What’s not to like? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter in Rochester!
