We have been using On the Move since 2014 and absolutely love them. It’s been amazing to watch the company grow. They take great care of our dog and cat. We use their midday dog walking service, which is wonderful. They come when scheduled, you get a text on arrival, you can see what route they walked in the portal, and the walker always leaves an update about what the dog did on the walk when it’s over. They have been very flexible with scheduling when we’ve needed to make changes and offer walks at all different times of the day if needed as well as boarding or in home pet sitting. Rates are extremely reasonable given the quality of the service provided. Our walker is regular and almost always the same person, and we have never had any concerns about her being in our home. She even helped us out once by alerting us to a leak in the ceiling! The front office is very responsive via email and the emergency phone number. They were so supportive when our last dog passed away suddenly a few years ago. I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here and the services they provide.
